  1. cli: Add NixOS/Nix flake support 

    Add flake.nix for Nix users to install klaas via:
- nix run github:klaas-sh/cli
- nix profile install github:klaas-sh/cli

The flake builds from source using rustPlatform.buildRustPackage and
includes a wrapper script that creates the analytics install marker
on first run.

Also adds .envrc for direnv integration.
