This update improves documentation and error messages & adds mac os x support.

NOTE: The default resolution parameter is now 1kb and Armatus now by default outputs fragment (bin) ranges instead of nucleotide ranges.

To use the binaries, you will need to install and compile boost and be sure that the boost libraries can be found (using the system appropriate to your OS).

Update parsers, add mac binaries, add domain plotting script.

This release contains new parsers for Rao et al.'s high resolution data and an updated parser for Dixon et al. data. The implementation now uses dense instead of sparse matrices to speed up computation time on high resolution data. More information can be found in the main README.md file for the project.
