🔒 Self-Hosted & Sovereign — by Design

I deliberately rely on scalable, modular tools — whenever possible self-hosted and self-managed. This way, I maintain data sovereignty, reduce vendor lock-in, and optimize costs.

This extends beyond E-Commerce infrastructure to my entire AI stack: I run OpenClaw — a self-hosted AI agent platform — on my own servers. Personal assistants, work agents, mail bots and research agents operate fully under my control, powered by Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI and Gemini models.

Infrastructure, security, observability (monitoring, logs, alerts), and deployments are fully under my control — ensuring performance, reliability, and rapid iterations without dependencies.
