Allows using passIfox (firefox) and Chromeipass (chrome).
This gives the option to reload the database. TODO: - Settings for reloadBehavior (ask, reloadUnchanged, ignore) - Improve notification, by using a header instead of dialog: nicer, less intrusive, gives more options to user, and works better when multiple databases are open. - Keep tab order on reload.
Search options are presented in a context menu on the search field, as well as links in search header.

The qhttpserver seems to be riddled with memory leaks and was continuously crashing. I don't know Qt well enough to fix it so I have replaced it with libmicrohttp. This is not nearly as elegant but it is much more stable.
Commit d8857bf attempted to fix currentMode() while the DB had not yet been opened. However, the fix meant that the title bar always displayed the state as being "locked". This change works around the issue by introducing a new modal state for when the DB is not yet open.
QFileSystemWatcher seems to reset itself occasionally. This patch works around the issue by re-applying the QFileSystemWatcher whenever a change is handled.
When no row is selected, row equals -1. Some operations call indexFromEntry when there is no row selected and these should be allowed to succeed.

Anyway - Keepassx has release a beta 2, and it would be really good to get your code merged in with it (I use the autotype all the time, but would like the other fixes they have implemented).
Can you try and work with Felix/Florian to merge in your changes into the master code please?
