RabbitMQ can be protected by auth for both http and amqp connection, we would like to utilize this feature for keda as well, as it currently only supported for azure ad

Use-Case

We are implementing oauth2 with keycloak for many of our services, and this will allow us to move forwards with removing old basic auth for rabbitmq
