I didn't bump the version on master before branching off https://github.com/julia-actions/setup-julia/tree/releases/v1.9.4
so the version needs bumping on master
v1.9.4 is already released on that branch.
It's a redo of 1.9.3 because I didn't notice the build script was failing locally on MacOS. Sorry about that!
