Plugins: Mark panic as noreturn, name functions using strings

- Finds `panic` via the panic string, marks as `noreturn` for improved analysis
- Other known functions are also named using unique string references
- Formatting of reported exceptions has been improved
- Binja: Fixed issue where exceptions were incorrectly silenced
