To build installer, follow these steps:

1. Open ieHTTPTrace.sln and build (Release MinDependency configuration)
2. Right click on bin\setup.nsi and choose 'Compile NSIS script'.
3. ieHTTPHeadersSetup.exe is now located in \bin\ folder.

Note that to build the installer, you need NSIS (http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page).
