Before this PR, the orderbook modal always hard-reloaded, meaning it deleted entries and requested orderbook entries.
After this PR is applied it will just fetch existing entries and provide the ability to optionally hard reload.
Additionally, the reload button displayed even if a previous request resulted in an error.
