Closing in favor of a combined PR that bumps the action and removes the now-obsolete FORCE_JAVASCRIPT_ACTIONS_TO_NODE24 workaround (added in #308 specifically because v2 was stuck on Node 20). Since v3 moves to Node 24 natively, the env var is dead code.
