I now consider todoer feature-complete and stable enough to use myself. Documentation has been improved as well as reliability. Additionally, todoer can now listen for folders changes, too.

The plugin doesn't crash on activation when there are no preexisting settings (as when the plugin is installed for the first time). Also, some installation instructions were added to the README.
