Summary

  • Replace the large decorative mascot with a compact frog image (light/dark) matching the terminal boost banner proportions
  • Refocus README copy on token savings ("Save tokens. Maximize context.") and remove CI documentation
  • Add boost report and boost report -w so users can see their savings in the terminal or browser

Test plan

  • Verify mascot renders correctly in GitHub light and dark themes
  • Confirm no CI references remain in README (action.yml unchanged)
  • Review new "See your savings" section for accuracy

Replace the large decorative mascot scene with a compact frog-only
image (light/dark variants) matching the terminal `boost` output.
Remove CI documentation from the README and tighten copy around
the core value proposition: saving tokens and maximizing context.
Regenerate the mascot from the exact boost banner grid using
monospace cell proportions (taller than wide) so the frog no longer
looks crushed compared to the CLI output.
Document boost report and boost report -w so users can see token
savings in the terminal or via the interactive web report.
Dark mascot background now uses GitHub's dark canvas color (#0d1117)
instead of pure black, and the light mascot's eyes are black so
they read clearly against the white background.
