What does this PR do?

This PR adapts the raw jobName for APM Traces:

• It removes the branch from the job name if possible.
• It extracts the configurations from the job name if possible.

Finally, a new tag ci.pipeline.configurations is added based on the configurations extracted from the job name (if possible)
