What happened?

Playing a radio station does not properly update what is displayed on Discord Rich Presence. Instead, it uses the song information of the last non-radio song you played.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Discord Rich Presence
2. Play a song from a mediaserver
3. Play a radio station
4. Observe that the Discord Rich Presence shows you as listening to the song from the mediaserver, rather than the radio station
