What happened?

Issue I opened has been reported as resolved but the behavior in the new version remains the same as in 1.2.0. I do not have permission to reopen #1506 so I am creating a new one.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update feishin
2. Set hotkey
3. Press hotkey
4. Volume increases or decreases by 1 :(
