What happened?

Before the 1.0 update, the hotkeys "Volume up" and "Volume down" would increase and decrease based on the "Volume wheel step" number in the general page in settings. Now the hotkeys increase and decrease by 1 (+1 or -1) and the "Volume wheel step" has no input. This technically might not be a bug but it was very handy as changing the volume by 1 is tiresome. This applies if the hotkey is global and if it is not.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set hotkey
2. Press hotkey
3. Volume increases or decreases by 1 :(
