What happened?

When using "repeat one" mode, the media controls in the quick settings disappear after the track plays once. This causes media keys to stop working. Only happens when using web audio, not MPV.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open feishin desktop client on Win11
2. Select Web audio player, disable global media keys, enable media session, restart
3. Play a track with repeat mode toggled to "Repeat one"
4. Media controls in quick settings disappear as soon as track finishes and loops back to beginning
