Firefox/Firebug gives the following message in the console when trying to attach an image from the media library to a post:

TypeError: attachment.attributes.sizes.thumbnail is undefined, post.php, line 858

Google Chrome gives a similar error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'url' of undefined, post.php:858
