This PR fixes the parenting of the properties window.
Previously:
After opening the properties panel it looses the focus policy and can't be brought back to the front e.g. automatically.
Now:
The properties window is parented to the nodegraph widget and always stays in the front until closed.
Due to parenting it also inherits the css style sheet which needed to be adjusted for the qspinbox to still work.
