The LICENSE file does state SPDX-License-Identifier: Apache-2.0 OR LGPL-2.1 the pom does use LGPL-2.1-or-later.
As the text in the LICENSE file does point to LGPL-2.1-or-later too, i guess it should be SPDX-License-Identifier: Apache-2.0 OR LGPL-2.1-or-later.
