When I click on the JavaDoc link in the description (Readme.md), the resulting view is not scrollable. It comes out there is a problem loading dejavue.css and other files.

I use edge Version 131.0.2903.86 (Offizielles Build) (64-Bit) on Windows 10, something rather modern, but I don't think this matters here.
