Code Review

This pull request updates vitest and related development dependencies in the @keyv/serialize package. The changes are straightforward version bumps to recent patch releases. While this is a good maintenance task, I've noted that some of these dependencies are now out of sync with other packages in the monorepo, like @keyv/test-suite. I've left a comment suggesting that these dependencies be aligned across all packages to improve maintainability and prevent potential versioning conflicts.

These dependency upgrades are a good step. However, I've noticed that other packages in this monorepo, specifically @keyv/test-suite, are using older versions of vitest, @vitest/coverage-v8, and @biomejs/biome. To ensure consistency and prevent potential conflicts or subtle bugs arising from version mismatches, it's highly recommended to update these dependencies across all packages in the monorepo in a single, coordinated effort. This will improve the overall maintainability of the project.
