Code Review
This pull request upgrades the pg dependency to version ^8.17.1. This is a good maintenance update. My review includes a suggestion to also update the corresponding @types/pg package to ensure type definitions remain synchronized with the pg package version. As a minor note, there appears to be a typo in the pull request title ('potgres').
