From now on, we assume binary installs.
Move server source compilation instructions to COMPILING.md. From now on, we assume binary installs. Move headless server recording section to Tips & Tricks and link to that from server and compiling pages and link to .deb systemd file as example.

Changes
Move all client/server compilation instructions to COMPILING.md. From now on, we assume binary installs, and further assume that people who choose to compile don’t need hand holding.
