Since we no longer have access to io.jamulus.jamulus, we need to change the bundle id on macOS/iOS Unfortunately this may mean that on macOS you'll need to setup Jamulus again. Related to: jamulussoftware#3255 (comment)

Unfortunately web.jamulus.Jamulus seems to be unavailable.
Short description of changes
Since we no longer have access to io.jamulus.jamulus, we need to change the bundle id on macOS/iOS Unfortunately this may mean that on macOS you'll need to setup Jamulus again.
