The most-recent push also contains an update to .github/autobuild/README.md which warns about system modifications done by those scripts (they had been there before, but this PR adds yet another case ;)). |

Short description of changes
This PR adds support for the Debian arm64 (aarch64) architecture. The artifacts can be used on 64bit Raspberry setups, for example.
I'm adding this to 3.10.0 right now, but I'm not opposed to merging it to 3.9.1 as well.
