Describe the PR
This PR introduces a clear button to the BFormRating component. The button is positioned adjacent to the rating stars and allows users to reset their rating to zero.
Merged the latest changes from the main branch from the BSVN repository into the clear-button branch to ensure compatibility and resolve any potential conflicts.
