Describe the bug
Some failures for TestKubeenvMetrics in the e2e_mixer test. Appears that sometimes the config gets pushed after the initial call from ingress -> productpage, leading to failure as that is the exact metric being checked.

Expected behavior
No occasional failures.

Steps to reproduce the bug
Look at history of pre/postsubmit jobs.
