I've acted as tech lead and technical reference in cross-functional teams, driven company-wide engineering initiatives, and shaped software architectures across different industries and company stages.
I'm most useful when things are ambiguous: defining the approach, aligning stakeholders, and making sure the team can execute with confidence. I care about system design done right, observability, safe rollouts and experimentation, and building things that last.
I don't just ship - I try to leave the codebase, the docs, and the team in better shape than I found them.
