Clean up the changelog following the 7.0.0 release. This removes entries for recent alpha releases 7.0.0a2 and 7.0.0a3 that aren't fully correct due to the renaming of branches. Those changelogs remain under the corresponding github releases so they remain easy to find for those who wish to do so.
