There are a few cryptic errors that show up if you have python < v.3.10 and IPM v.0.10.x. Some examples:

ERROR! ObjectScript error: *<class 'TypeError'
ERROR! ObjectScript error: *<class 'TypeError'

It would be better for IPM to detect the version of python configured on the installing user's instance, and throw a warning at IPM artifact load-time and at zpm "info" if it the version is incompatible or simply not set.
