Language page titles not translated #12005

@tfmorris

Description

@tfmorris

Problem

Although translations are (now) available for almost all OpenLibrary languages, they aren't being used on the language page titles, but instead are shown in English rather than the user's language. A small number have autonyms that I added back in 2020 to help with search, but the vast majority are English only. These should be shown in the user's language where available. The 'Name' field should be translated as well to match the page title.
