Support UTM coordinates in meters, as an alternative to the WGS84 projection in degrees, in various scripts/options in MintPy. UTM is currently used in ASF HyP3 and OPERA products and is commonly used in Gamma and ISCE-2 products for polar regions. UTM is planned to be used in NISAR products as well.
