Description
This PR starts the refactoring of the "write layer" by moving the methods
saveandstoreBlockto aBlockchainWriter.By consequence
storeReceipts,storeChainWeight,storeBlockHeader,storeBlockBodywere also movedBlockchainWriteris not a final name.The
bestKnownBlockAndLatestCheckpointwas also moved to aBlockchainMetadataclass
