Google reports noredirect URLs as faulty (hreflang) #202
Description
It seems that Google does not recognize, for instance, <link href="http://en.example.com/?noredirect=en_US" hreflang="en-US" rel="alternate"> as valid language version of the (let's say German) website http://example.com (without the redirect query variable).
