If the redirect feature is turned off in settings, the related user setting to avoid being redirected ("Do not redirect me automatically to the best matching language version.") is still displayed.

On top of that, there is absolutely no way to prevent it from being rendered with plugin code.

I would propose hiding this input when the feature is turned off and/or add a filter to manually hide it.
