Proposal:
Add a spring boot starter that provides the reactive api. (Or edit current starter to expose both apis.)

Current behavior:
Only the blocking api is exposed.

Desired behavior:
Add a spring boot starter that provides the reactive api. (Or edit current starter to expose both apis.)

Use case:
Use in combination with spring webflux and the reactive ecosystem.
