STEPS TO REPRODUCE

log in to ixp manager on an account with 2FA enabled. Click on Logout button.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Expected outcome: return to login page.

ACTUAL RESULTS

2FA page presented repeatedly. There seems to be no way to recover other than clearing cookies.
