We were already doing that for the web version of the dashboard and generally for "events at hand", but for events from favorite/managed categories we still sorted by start date.
This was fine when just returning events from today onward, but now that we include events from up to 2 months in the past, this resulted in newer events being pushed outside the (limited) list when there were (too) many old ones.
Also fixing some query spam.
