Comments should be put directly in the body of email. Too many emails are received by editors during a big conference, so always opening links is time consuming and misleading (emails related to one contribution get intermixed with others').

Put contribution ID and Programme code in subject (and body) of email. This helps in filtering/sorting in the MUA.
