Immersive Fusion builds spatial observability. Our product is Immersive APM (IAPM): your live system rendered as a place you can walk into, OpenTelemetry-native, with an AI partner beside you.
It is 3 a.m. and something is wrong. Forty-seven tabs, four dashboards, a customer going quiet in Slack. Your tools are good. They draw every service and redden the failing one. The problem is that the picture comes together in only one place, and that place is your own exhausted head.
That is the fog. It was sold as visibility, and it is still fog, because it makes you the one who assembles what you are looking at. Teams carry 4.4 monitoring tools on average (New Relic, 2025), and the shape of the problem is in none of them.
A dashboard can only show you what is reporting. It cannot draw the service that should be there and isn't. Spatial observability renders that gap as a phantom, lit among the live callers still reaching for it, so absence points at its own cause.
A thing that fades and disappears was here and left. A thing that stays dark was never here and is being called anyway.
Tessa is not a chatbot in a sidebar. Her view is your neighborhood, because your position scopes it, and she proposes the only way a partner in a place can: by pointing. She can mark anywhere, and she can move nothing. She stops at the line where deciding begins, because the one who answers for what happens next is the one who should decide it.
Human on the loop is not a safety blanket bolted on afterward. It is the load-bearing part.
No NFTs, no virtual land, nothing to buy low and sell high. It runs on the screen already in front of you. The consumer metaverse built places hunting for a purpose. A production system is already full, already doing something every second, and only ever needed to be shown as the place it is.
We keep demo grids on around the clock and stream one of them live, so you can watch a real hunt before you install anything. Nobody starts it for us.
- Watch on Twitch: costs nothing, asks nothing.
- Enter a grid: a free account gets you in and lets you pick any demo grid, no subscription.
- Immersive APM on Steam: the desktop client. Same client, same account. Documentation →
Some grids are synthetic scenarios we can point chaos at on cue. Others are real systems of our own. We label which is which, because a place has to tell the truth about itself.
Not everything we run is a product. Through our free academies we try to meet people where the AI moment is actually landing: existential worry, fear of losing work to it, and plain trying to make sense of what is real. A human answers, in their own words, and we never pitch anyone who came for help.
That is part of our spine, not our funnel.
OpenTelemetry-native, with no proprietary agents to install. Use any OTel-compatible collector, export your data whenever you want, and keep it in the format it arrived in. No query language to learn, and nothing locked in.

Open source lives here too: an OpenTelemetry trace generator, a chaos simulator, and an MCP server for querying live telemetry from your editor.
