It was inconvenient to specify UPNP_SERVER_HOSTNAME. Also turned on LG TV doesn't like actual hostnames in there, it rather prefers IPs.
So to increase usability, multicast NOTIFY packets are now sent to all interfaces. The location returned is dependent on the outgoing or incoming address.
