Also fix webui-favicon-build test regex to accept PWA icon path (./pwa/) after aaa406e changed favicon from assets/ to pwa/ without updating the test.

Bump version to 1.9.4
Also fixes the
webui-favicon-buildtest which had an outdated regex expecting./assets/but the favicon was moved to./pwa/in aaa406e.
