给左侧对话框增加工作中，完成后加待阅
注意待阅是直接植入到进程内存中，也就是你也切换页面又不会随着页面刷新，只有点击查看了一下或者进程关闭后才会直接消失。
并没有对于 待阅增加一个数据库持久化的而是作为前端内存。
