Bug Description

I can't use qwen cli at all

CLI found but ACP initialization failed.
qwen ACP process exited during startup (code: 0, signal: null)

i already have the Qwen Code (v0.13.1) << but yet can't use it at all

Expected Behavior

it should have started as gemini cli

Actual Behavior

qwen ACP process exited during startup (code: 0, signal: null)
