At the moment, there is only one option (usedefaultvalues) to tell HydPy whether to use default values when initialising both control parameter and condition sequence objects (if available). It would be convenient to have separate options for parameter and sequence objects, for example, if one wants to enforce that all control parameters are explicitly set but start a simulation run from "dry" initial conditions.
