Slow input using wheel binding

Something seems to have gone wrong with the latest 5.0 update.

The mouse cursor becomes very slow when I use the keymapper 5.0 and scrolls with the following configuration:
Slowing down the scroll speed doesn't seems to affect 
```
WheelUp >> Alt{ButtonLeft}^

```
or

```
WheelUp >> Alt{ButtonLeft}

```


When I went back to version 4.12.3, the problem was gone.
