Thanks for the review @Azaya89. I had a quick look at your changes and just reverted the Markdown table with the list of hv/gv tiles (in bbebe45), the Markdown table is prettier but will be a pain to maintain (someone removing/updating/adding tiles in geoviews/holoviews will not know they have to update that table too). |

The resampling options notebook depends on holoviz/hvsampledata#34 being merged and released.
Note to self: I found the rasterize/datashade + categorical experience to be quite a bit of a mess and in need of somehow going through all the combinations of options possible and streamlining their behavior/output.
