`beans tui`: ability to hide closed and scrapped beans - improved filtering

When you have a lot of beans, especially closed and scrapped ones, you can't see the the relevant/open ones.

TUI should offer a way to only show relevant/open ones.

Or more general:l there should be a better way to filter.
