Switch CompositeJenkinsfile from the full embedded pipeline to a thin trigger that delegates to the
hivemq-compositemultibranch pipeline job.The fallback creates a matching branch in
hivemq-composite-job(which triggers a webhook rescan) if the branch job does not yet exist.
